two new services designed to help businesses gain access to the Internet
faster, easier, and at less cost. The new Full Service package delivers a
turn-key Internet access solution that bundles all the necessary hardware and
installation support with PSINet’s Internet connectivity. The InterFrame(R)
FasTrack(SM) service provides customers with access to the Internet while
waiting for a dedicated, leased line to be installed.
