CIHost Upgrades e-Mail Servers
Posted by web - 28/12/05 at 11:12 pmCI Host, a web hosting and Internet solutions provider, today announced that it has upgraded its email servers to 1GB of storage for each email account. Provides 1GB of email storage for every email account.
It has increased the amount of storage to 1GB and has also enabled ‘Road Warriors’ to retrieve large attachments from the field. The company says clients can also store a copy of their email on a C I Host server as a backup to their computer.
“Clients now can store all types of files as attachments to their email and use our web-based email program, W:Mail, to retrieve them. This is a great boon to people who have to have access to large files wherever they are. We run more than 600 different tests on every piece of email that comes through our network, all to protect our customers. These tests use ’smart filters,’ that continue to learn what is junk and what is legitimate,” said Christopher Faulkner, CEO of CI Host.
